i am looking at 17in. Front 8in, Rear 9in.

want the rims to look flush against the fenders and need the rims to clear Spoon calipers.

please help me on which offset to get.

For the most clearance go with the highest offset. We will be handling the wheels but I don't have any ETA yet. I show they will have a 17X9 ET60 available.
If I can help let me know.

as per their listing, for 5/114.3, id say go:

fr: 17x7.5, +48
rr: 17x8.5, +58

you could maybe get away with fronts 17x8 +44, rear 17x9 +40 (but thats cutting it close)

only 2 questions left.

will front 8in +44 clear spoon?

will rear 9in +40 stick out from fenders?
