Help with Tire Size

I need help finding the best tire size for a ap1. I'm new to the whole tire sizing.

SPECS. FOR RIM:
18" TENZO R CUZCO RIM
*Staggered
2 are 18x8
2 are 18x9
Offset: +45mm

The best for those sizes and offset would be 225/40R18 front and 245/35R18 in the rear. You are still probably going to need some modification to fit.
