How low can you drop the car before you start having to roll the fenders? If I were to get the Swift R Springs which drop the car about 1.25" would I still be able to get Enkei RPF1 or Work CR KAi in 17x8/17x9 without rolling fenders? Would I rub the caR?

It all depends on how much camber you run and what width tires. A light roll of the fenders isn't something to get worked up about - it's nearly undetectable.

Springs are the only way to lower the car correctly. Cutting the springs or putting lower profile tires is not a good option.

I wouldn't drive mine in the snow, only in rain.
