Default Hi milage all seasons

Can anyone recommend a good high mileage all season tire for fall/winter driving? I'm in the N/E so rain is a factor. WILL NOT BE DRIVING IN ANY SNOW w/o snows. But would like to drive on cold or wet winter days in a pinch. Thanks all

I think the contact DW are a popular tire for this. They also make the DWS just in the rare chance of snow but it sounds like you are like me and don't leave the house in the car if there is snow.

No experience with the Conti DW but I daily drive on Conti DWS (since I see snow) and I have nothing but good things to say about them. The times when I push the car on the road while turning, I've never been let down. The wet performance of this tire is also superb as I've driven in many torrential downpours on the interstate while doing 55. Always felt confident with them.

With that being said, I can only assume that the DW's would only be better in everything except snow. I plan on switching to DW's once I get a set of wheels.

Michelin Pilot Sport A/S 3 is supposed to be the shiznit for performance in a non-snow-oriented all-season.
