I'm looking to buy some light-weight 18 wheels. Volk racing sounds good, they weight around 18lbs each. I was just wondering if anyone knows how much the stock 2005 wheels weigh? If it's not much of a difference then I will probably keep running stock. I like the way they look...

i found the weights a lil while ago

i think it was around 17.5 for the front and 20 for the bacj

 

The stock wheels are pretty damn good. They aren't the lightest thing around, but they look nice and are pretty light for OEM wheels. Also, 17" tires will cost you a helluvalot less than 18's or 19's. You can get awesome performance tires for $150 each for the stock size.

 

Does anyone recommend a certain brand of wheels. I'm looking for some light-weight 17s or 18s. I really want the black or gunmettal with a polished lip for my yellow S.

 

if u want some of the lightest wheels, the volk ce28n in 17s are super light
