Go in the hellaflush thread in the gallery and find him and PM him asking this. Frankly you should have just posted these questions in that thread instead of doing this.

Ok the size of the rims will be Rear 18x10.5 +15 Front 18x9.5 +12. I will do rim poke if needed and i still wanna have my slammed look. The max neg camber I can do in the rear on stock is -6. I dont want to do a camber kit for the rear, only the front. So my question is. HOW MUCH FENDER WORK WILL I NEED TO DO? and no i dont want to buy fender flares. I know this fitment is possible i have seen it several time but nobody talks about how it's done. I may also do just 18x9.5 +12 all around. May be a lot easier to fit.

Thanks for the help!
Take your time and read through the whole "hellaflush" thread as I have done (all 300+ pages) and you will soon realize that that setup will require MAJOR fender work. The pros always make it look easy but in reality they are not so quick to let you know how much work and $$$$ was spent to make a setup like that fit/work. There are so many threads like this but if search the forums correctly, it will show you all the tried and failed setups and by then you should be able to see what in reality fits without major fender work. Good luck and post pics if you do rock that setup

Also if you look at Danio's recent post in the hellaflush thread he says a bumcp caused damage to on of his quarter panels so the car is back in the body shop. Frankly if you are going to have a car like this it better be a show car otherwise you will have to deal with regular costs like this due to the wheels damaging the body.
