Default how to restore volk bronze anodized color

So i have a second hand set of CE28n Bronze wheels in good condition overall. however i feel they could be brightened up a bit. as i'm digging deeper into this wheel finish i'm finding that anodized metals have a tendency to become a bit chalky over time. does anyone have experience maintaining these wheels? given their popularity i can't be alone here.
i've seen people suggest everything from peanut butter to mild soap. the anodized finish on these wheels are special so there must be a specialty product for them.
anyways, after searching around on google i came across this product which is not made for wheels but is for anodized metal

All colored anodize fades as it uses organic dyes. Only 2 colors do not fade. Black and gold are the only ones that doesn't fade (if they used inorganic dyes).
