Default Installed Powdercoated wheels

Hey guys,

So I just got my CE28's powdercoated and after installing them I get rapid clicking when making even the slightest of turns at any speed. I've unmounted and remounted a number of times and it seems to help lessen the noise, but its still there. I figure its because torquing the lugs breaks up the paint on the wheel and then I end up with paint chips between the torqued lug and wheel surface.

Has anyone else experienced this?

Ultimate solution?

Dave
