Default is350 wheels

I am a tech for lexus and the is350 wheels look a lot similar to the ap2 wheels however they have a nice gunmetal finish to them... but they are 18x8 +45 in the front with 225-40-18 tires. and the rears are 18x8.5 +50 with 255-40-18 tires. I already have my fenders rolled and relocated the bumper screw. Just wondering if you guys think they would fit without any issues? PS im stock height but would possibly like to lower a little in the future.
