Not only does he know our car, needs and concerns when others might be asking you ' year, make and model please', but really cares and goes a step beyond.

I called Jim with an emergency as I broke a lug nut for a wheel he didn't even sell me (I bought used), but it was 5 hours before I had to leave for the track and my car was still on jack stands. Since I was towing, I could do without 1 for the trip, and fortunately South Bend, IN was a short detour from my destination.

Jim immediately knew what I needed and when I told him I couldn't make it before his shift ended, he left me a package hidden in the bushes. It made my weekend! Grattan was way more fun on stickies than street tires.

Jim has always served the s2k community well.

 

Customer service is a lost art now a days. I'm glad Jim has always treated the S2000 community the best way possible.

(hiding packages in the bushes goes way above and beyond)

 

 

Agreed....Jim@Tirerack is the best.I use him & TR for most all my tire needs.I run the Vred's on the Z,so I got them elsewhere.
