Kelly Springfield Evo Z's
I admit to being a noob when it comes to tires. 80% of my tire education has come from reading these threads (mostly by Jim....thanks).
I have a my02 with the stock rims and have had one hell of a time finding tires other than the standard S02 or the S03. I have searched and read threads until I am blue in the face.
A local dealer found me some Kelly Springfield Evo-Z's for $90. According to him, they are the same tread pattern as the new Kelly Fierce and the Goodyear F1 GS-D2s. I would have loved the D2's but since they are long gone I had to find something else.
I would love to get some feedback from anyone who has used these before. Any and all comments are welcome. I'm in the midst of playing with them every chance I get since I dont really care if I burn them off at $90 per tire.
The biggest reason I would like to know is because they have 6 more left in stock. If these work well enough (I know they do not grip like the S02s), but are at least decent, I will buy him out of the other 3 sets and vacuum seal them for storage until I need them.

I'm guessing as per the lack of responses that no one has tried these tires. The only thing I know so far is that in the dry they are not the S02s...of course in the wet they are not the S02s and that is a good thing.
