Default Kumho MX...

Maybe getting a new set of used wheels, shod with Kumho Mx.
How would you compare them to others, like Fuzion,Falken,Hancook,or even SO3???

I ran Kumho MX's the last 3 seasons. I would say they'll give you 95% of the performance of S03's at about 70% of the cost. Expect tread life to be about the same as the SO3's.

Had Kumho MXs on my WRX, loved them. Last like the SO3s, with about the same dry performance. Excellent sidewalls on this tire. Great in the rain for a performance tire. Louder than the SO3s and most tires, but that's not a concern for me.

awesome tire, i got them for under $500 and theyre as good as stock re050s

by the way...they look damn mean, profile is kinda high but the tires are WAYYY more "blocky" than the stock potenzas which means a 245 in the kumhos are much more contact patch than stocks...to top that off im running 225s and 255s no rubbing.

im on ap2 stock wheels..emil, that would be a great rim to run those kumhos on...you will like them

225's on the fronts are almost as wide as the stock ap2 rear potenzas(245) when i picked up my tires it thought the 225s were going on the rears
the fronts tires on your volks will look so niice. the profile is perfect and it hangs a little off the edge of the rim, making your tire line up flush with the fender if that makes sense.

my car is lowered pretty dang low in the front and little higher on the rear on tein type FLEX i have no finger gap in the front, no rubbage
