Default Kumho MX on AP1 Wheels...

The MX does not come in 245/45/16. Any first hand comments about handling with this tire in stock sizes on an AP1 withstock suspension?

Emil, are you running 205 or 225 up front with the Fuzion?

I'm running those tires too. They're ok so far.

I would say the Fuzion is a better wet traction tire with longer wear but the MX is a better handling tire. You would need to run the 205/55R16 and 225/50R16.
If I can help let me know.

I ran with fuzion tires for a few months while I was waiting on my new wheels and I was not happy with them. The rear end was overly loose and did not grip well. 1st gear redline shifts into 2nd made the rear end "hop" a bit and the rear would slide, kinda dangerous.

Same problem here. Very disappointed with these tires. I tried different tire pressures. Currently I'm runnin 32 psi.

I guess they are ok for the money.

Kumho MX 205's front and 225's rear on my ap1 were a great fit. The car is very neutral with this setup (but not fit for beginners). No snap oversteer, just neutral. Excellent on track days!
