Default LE 28 18"

Doing some research on these right now, would like to know if anyone has these and any info would be appreciated while i am searching.

1)how much $ in 18" with tires
2)how much do they weigh

3) What differences do they make to the way the car handles if no other mods have been done compared to the stock 17" rims?

4) with 18's is a different offset required? Will this change the handling?
5) Will they rub?

Thanks in advance,

Josh.

Go to the wheel and tire section and read...

1. $1950-$2050 on a group buy without tires. You can't ask for "with tires" NOBODY KNOWS WHAT KIND OF TIRES YOU WANT TO RUN!!!

2. Approx 15-18lbs for the 18's.

3. Rotational mass will make your acceleration slower..

4. The LE-s come with s2000 offsets. They are not optimal but they work fine. Yes your handling will be effected. A LOT plays a factor in handling, the alignment, camber and how low you are.

5. Depends on your tire selection. If you go too wide or drop too low they will rub. If you stay with in the specs of the groupbuys you will be fine.

Just a quick question...

You say that rotational mass makes acceleration slower but does that have more to do with wheel size, wheel weight or both? The reason I ask is because it seems like the weight on the 18" LE28's are even lighter than stock according to posts I've read up on these forums.

Can you clarify?

ok, here's some info about the tires that are on the rims, i am unsure right now what the rim sizes are:

Rear Tires are Falken st115 255/35/18
Front tires 215/40/18

Now this means nothing to me, what do you think about these sizes?
