Default 18 inch rims and new front tires

Hey guys just got my s2k somewhat recently and the guy had the car setup with a square set of 18 inch rims. The front tires are so big he had to shave the front fenders and all the rake is gone. The rear tires are fine but I was wondering what low profile tires you would recommend for 18 inch rims. I really wanna salvage the rake and get the car sitting great again. Thanks a lot guys.

The car comes stock with same diameter tires front/rear so there is no "rake" based on tire diameter. Most likely the issue you have with the tire rubbing is because of a low wheel offset. It depends on your wheel specs, but on a typical 8" front/9" rear wheel width the recommended tire size would be 225/40 front and 255/35 rear.

Yea well there's part of the problem it's 245 in the front. And was wondering what tires I should replace the front with. But the rake I'll have to adjust later, but I can't now because the tires are too big.

We can't really help you without the actual specs. With the proper wheel fitment a 245/35 front is perfectly fine, it's what I'm running. Are you on TSW wheels?

You don't even know what brand the wheels are? What is the full spec of the tire? It says it right on the tire and generally wheels will have the specs on the inside of the face or barrel somewhere. Like Nate said it is impossible to direct you without specs. Also as he said the overall diameter on oem is the same front and rear. What is probably throwing you off is if the wheels are the same all around the fronts will always look more agressive than the great since there is less room up front and they appear to stick out more compared to the rear.
