Default Low offset ce28

Hey fellas, I'm getting a set if ce28s for a steel of a price. How ever the specs are 18x9.5 +28 all around. I have rolled
Fenders but yet to have done a pull. I'm basically reaching out to the stace guys out here. I know I'll need to run stretch but I want to run as minimal as I have to. What tire set up should I run?

You will need a big stretch. Like a 225 for those to even have a chance of "fitting". By the way it's steal not steel.
