The lugs do need to match the wheels and the car they are going on. As far as which will work you have to match the total length, useable length and the seat type.

is there spherical or ball type seat? i was under the impression that the acorn style was the style of the lug its self, not the seat type. thats why i'm asking though you know?

Seems like the seating terminology is used so many different ways by everyone. Should be:

Acorn = Ball = Spherical = Rounded

Tapered = Conical = Straight Angle

Flat = well, Flat.

Some people like to falsely put Acorn in with the Tapered, but the difference you're looking for is the Rounded vs. Straight Angle.

Our (and most Honda) OEM lugs are Rounded.

DO NOT use Straight Angle or Flat type on OEM wheels.

Most all are Conical.

If you're just looking for black lugs, there are OEM Honda lugs from the 1995 NSX I believe that come in black. A search should reveal more info on that.
