Default Maximum tire size on PF01 wheels

Ive got a set of PF01 wheels in sizes:
17x8 +50 and 17x9 +60

What is the largest tire I can run on this setup?
The car is stock height but with the front Koni yellow's on 1" drop perch.

On an AP1, I'd run 225/45/17 front and 255/40/17 rear. It seems to be the popular setup for good reason, and should be a good fitment as well--though please keep reading.

Despite the nice high offsets, being at least an inch lowered and running a 17x9 with a 255, there is a good chance you may want to have at least the rear fenders rolled (if they aren't already). Someone else with a similar setup may know best. I can tell you that at 1.25" front and 1.5 inches lowered rear, I had to have all four fenders rolled to be safe on the OEM AP2 setup, and aftermarket 16" setup with the OEM specs/offsets (though running 225/50/16 on all fours). The 16" setup actually was the one that rubbed before the roll, I figure mainly because of the 225's in front instead of the 215's of my AP2 setup, and also I am running a much more aggressive tire (Hankook RS3 vs. the Michelin Pilot Sport A/S+ of my AP2 setup).

When my car was lowered .75" front, and 1" rear, I never once rubbed on the OEM AP2 setup with all season tires. So if you wanted to avoid having the fenders rolled, you might possibly be able to go with 215/45/17 front and 245/40/17 without having them rolled, though I am not certain of this, especially if you are running an extreme performance tire which tends to run a bit wider than a UHP or many max performance tires. Others may know better, but the best option imo is to go with the 225/45 front, 255/40 rear, *and* have *at least* the rear fenders rolled, not as sure if the fronts will need it or not, though it wouldn't hurt as long as they are done right and and your fenders are in good shape to begin with.
