I know that our cars are not american muscle, but which wheels do you think make our cars have a meaner look? I am not digging my stock 05 rims anymore and I want something that looks like you have some balls.

Huh? I guess there is not anything that makes our cars look like more than just a 4 banger? Ok, I'll say that I I believe that for starters that BBS LM's look pretty darn good. Any others?

The LM's look great, very sexy wheels but heavy. There is no one answer because not everyone has the same taste. I have Volk CE28N's and I like how they look but they don't have that "deep dish" look of say M3 wheels but that's tough to do with the offsets we run.

 

I think a lot of it has to do with color as well. To me, darker wheels tend to feel a little meaner. Personally, I LOVE the look of the spoon wheels on a silverstone S. They look very purpose driven to me.

 

is it possible to get it quite deep that the rim is sort of protected by the tire and short curb scratching will only get tire? how is that done? see that with lots of old porsches i think..
