I am looking to put a set of all season tires on my S right now. I do very little winter driving, but do occasionally need to get to NY or DC. I'd hate to be stuck without the car if I need it in a pinch (like this weekend). Anyway, I called Strauss Discount Auto in Philly to see what they had in stock and could install quickly. The only tires available in anything close to OEM size are:
205/55 16 - Mirada (Made by Yoko)
225/50 16 - Mirada (Made by Yoko) - I know, I need a 245/50 16
Questions: Are these of comparable quality to the Yoko AVS dB S2 tires? Will having the 225/50's on the back be bad for the car/me?
They can do all 4 installed for about $375
Opinions?

They are not a comparable tire. Yokohama does not go out and give away there newest technology to someone else. For an allseason tire you are probably better off with the 205/55R16 and the 225/50R16 anyway.
