Default mix tyres ?

hey guys...i need to change the rear tyres and planning to put a pair of goodyear f1 gsd3 but i will keep the s02 in front as there are plenty of tread left. Is it a really bad idea ????? i am not a aggressive driver though.

However, i also notice that the goodyear f1 does not offer 245/45 so i probabaly have to buy the 225/50.

Please advice !!! I dont want to stick with the OEM tyres because I wanna try something different.

I had Dunlops on the rear and the S-02 on the front when I bought the car. I had no problems with it. strangely enough I had better cornering traction than I do with S-02's on the rear now.

good luck..

yes it they were the 245/45.. but as I was told in a thread earlier.. they are the same contact patch.

I really wish I could remember what line of Dunlop they were. I'll see if I can jog my memory and get back with you.

EDIT: I am 90% sure that they were the SP Sport 9000
