Default More strain on the car

Hi everyone-

I've been thinking about using some after market wheels/tires on my S. I don't actually have the car yet (still shipping to me) so I haven't been able to figure out if they'll fit. I posted a question about it but no one answered....anyway, it doesn't matter.

My real questions are: Can do cause your suspension harm or accelerated wear by running a certain size of wheels and tires? Just because they fit without rubbing and they clear the brake calipers, does that mean they won't place additional strain on the car (steering, braking, diff, tranny, susp)?

How do you tell?

Thanks!
