I just had my new 07 aligned at a good shop. I told them what camber I'd like and they dialed in the rest. Can't vtec the car yet so it's hard to test the handling limits. Do these numbers look ok? I'm a little concerned with the lack of toe.

FRONT

-1.2 camber
6.4 caster
o toe

REAR

-1.8 camber
.02 toe

You front is fine. You could use more toe in the rear though; it'll keep your back end in check. (If that's what you want, that is)

0.15 is good medium. You can go a bit higher than that if you still feel as if your back end is loose, but your rear tires will wear a bit faster.

 

Your owners manual should have the specs for you in the technical data section. You have to interpolate minutes into degrees for the technician most of the time though. Make sure that either you, or someone of similar size is in the car during the alignment. It takes two people to do the alignment anyways, so it might as well be you. Have them align it exactly to spec, and you will be a very happy camper!
