Here's the link of the tire and general nail location (Yellow Dot). Thanks for the feedback. It's only one nail in the tire.

i say yes, but if it went in at an angle and the puncture inside is closer to the sidewall then i would say no.

I used to work at a tireshop and I personally wouldnt repair a puncture in that spot. its too close to the curve and it would be covered by the side of the patch. it could be patched but im not sure how long it would hold

If you decide to repair the tire do use what's called a plug patch. I would do this if the tire has lot's of tread left, if it's pretty worn I'd replace it.

i just put these tires on 3 weeks ago, less then 800 miles on them. PLENTY of tread left. Problem is, i don't have the "road hazard' insurance thing. So i'm either left with can i patch it, or eat the tire. i got them from tirerack, maybe Jim can help me since i bought my tires from there and i referred a few other buyers to tire rack, specially since they're in maryland, they ship in 2 days!!! awesome stuff. Sorry about the comments.

So yeah, i've been thinking about the tread depth deal and tire pressures. If i put this tire on and it's making my tire pull one way (not alignment), will i have to get the tire shaved equal to the other? And will that effect anything in a bad way? Also, how much does a shave usually cost? Maybe i'm thinking too much. Thanks.

Not, that's too close to the edge.

And the Tire Rack won't replace the tire unless you have the road hazard thingy.
