Default Need Help!

I finally got the the money to put shoes on the car. I was looking at the Work VSKF and was wondering how deep I can go without having to modify and still have clearance if I wanted to lower the car in the future. I really love what this guy did.

that guy mauled the shit out of his fenders (you can look at the front and see the disproportioned shape there) and there's a lot of stretch on those tires. Is that what you're looking to do?

Have you reviewed the Wheel Fitment Guide sticky?

You can get around 2" lip up front and 3" lip in the rear on a stock body WITH a fender roll.

Lol I love that people see a pic like that and think the guy did nothing to his fenders. I guess to be fair the wheel and tire propably did more of the modifying than the owner.

The car in the picture has serious jacked up fenders, stretched tires and a good bit of camber and he is really really low. You need to stay in the +35-45 range for the rear with a 9 inch wide wheel and in the +40 to 50 range for the front with an 8 inch wide wheel. Of and those specs are only valid IF you roll the fenders. If not you need OEm offsets which will not have much of a lip.

Nope! I just love the deep look on the rims.

Again look at his front fender. That dent on the arch is from the tire grabbing the fender or a really crappy fender roll. If you want that look don't correctly you must roll the fenders and probably pull them some.

Also read the damn fitment guide that's why it is there.

Is this wheel discontinued? I was looking for the size chart on workwheelsusa and couldn't find one. It's going to be really hard to find a used set with ideal specs.

This is the the wrong car for "the deep look". 350z is the better option, maybe a BMW.

Front fenders are mauled on that spa as well...you see how it's incorrectly flared in the front, right (and is that fornt lip cracked on the other side...looks like it)? Deep dish can be had, you just need to ask yourself how far you're willing to go to make them fit. Are you willing to flare the fronts? If so, then you have some options to play with.

Excuse the shit out of me for being f@#king new to this stuff!!! All that guide gives me is numbers, not a visual look. Let's say I blindly go off that guide, buy rims, throw'em on my car and it's not the look I wanted(with those rims). Now I'm out money and rims I don't want. That's the concern I don't want.. For example:

This car has 18x8.5 +49 / 18x10 +56 with 225 / 245 Yokohama S-Drives. Yes he probably had to roll the fenders. But now I have a view of what Work Meister S1 Burning Black Chrome off this setup looks like.

All I was I trying to do is find a visual look of what the VSKF look like on a safe setup without having to chop the shit out the car. Just forget!!
