Default Need help!

Hi guys! I am looking at a set of used TE37, don't know if it's a good setting for S2000

Front: 17x8.5 +40 235/45/17
Rear: 17x9.5 +40 255/40/17

Can anyone tell me if this is a good setting?
Thanks!

The wheels will be sticking out of the fender wells and you'll have rubbing unless you roll/flare your fenders... on both front and rear.

I'd pass but I run 255 square on 17x9 +63 Volks.

They are aggressive. It really depends on how much work you want to put in to make them fit. Post in the Wheels and Tires forum for a better response. You're looking at a minimum of fender rolling, tab relocation, healthy dose of camber, and maybe some pulling.

This size is perfect for running both non stagger, or stagger.

I wouldn't mind owning these sizes myself. Are these currently FS in the FS section?

235/45-17 is a bad choice. Too tall. 235/40-17 = mucho bettero. Much less chance for rubbage vs. 235/45, and fronts won't look retardedly bigger than the rears.

Those are aggressive sizes but doable if you're willing to do some fender work. IMO I think those sizes would look great. You could do a 235/40 F and 255/40 R or a 245/40 R which might be a weee little stretch.
