Default NEED HELP ON FITMENT PLEASE !

Hey, so i found some wheels on craigslist some guy is selling, BBS style 5s - 17x8, offset 20, 5x120 ......Tires - Nankang NS1 215/40/17 .....I'm almost 100% sure these will be extremely hard to fit due to the rediculous offset, but thought i'd ask for other opinions of people who have more experience with these, any help is appreciated thanks !!
by the way im sitting on function and form type II coils with a slight fender roll and pull front and rear. thanks !!

The most ridiculous part is the bolt pattern. You need 5x114.3.

+20 is a ridiculous offset. Not to mention the wrong bolt pattern and a 17x8 is too narrow for the rear. I'd pass.
