Got these off eBay for pretty cheap, I've been scouring the internet and can't find any info on them.

^ yea I figured since there's no bolts and found out that the IIIs are 2-piece (or was it 3?). And googled I, II, and finally IV. Thanks for the help!

But anyway, I see potential in these wheels!
