Default Need help with Volk RE30 Sizing

Alright guys, Im usually very good with wheel fitment, but for some reason there seems to be so much disagreement from people on S2k fitment that I wanted to ask for assistance before I drop a few grand on wheels/tires. Ive been searching for a long time on here but still arent too sure on what will work. Ive finally decided on a set of 18" Volk RE30s in chrome silver. Id like a pretty aggressive offset, and I have no problem rolling/pulling the rear fenders, and planning on running a set of 10mm wider front fenders. Do you guys think I could run a 18x9.5+47 out back with 285/30r18s, and 18x8.5+47 front 255/35r18. Sorry for the newbie-ish question, but Ive never dealt with S2k fitments before, much less any car with such high stock offsets. Here is a link to the RE30 sizing chart from Rays website:

Oh, and sort of off-topic, but can anyone lead me to a good set of 10-15mm front fenders that look stock, no vents, etc.. Thanks!

the c-west fenders are wider and look oem. as for the rear fitment, that 9.5 +47 with a 285 is going to be very difficult. I am more aggressive than that and barely clear with a 245. You can run those sizes that you posted, but I would do 225/40 and a 245/35 (255/35 max) in the rear.

From reading questions like in this thread:

https://www.s2ki.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=592137

Jim from Tirerack had recommended 245/40r17F and possibly a 285/30r18R for 17x9+43 and 18x10+54 wheel, and that is on factory (pulled/rolled) fenders. My suggested front fitment isnt even that agressive, but I do want to run more tire, hence the 10mm fenders. For the rear my 18x9.5+47s are approximately 12mm (12.7) thinner, which would make the outside edge of the wheel almost identical where the 18x10+54 would sit.

This is sort of what I mean by conflicting information, on one post I get answers like above, and in another I am told it should work. Id like to get some meat on the road because im planning some FI upgrades, but at the same time I hate the flat look of super-high offset wheels. I realize Im asking for alot, but Im willing to do what it takes to make it work.

the 9.5 +47 will rub with a 285 tire gauranteed. a 9.5 tire with that low offset I would recommend a 245 or 255 tire max(depending on drop) if you want something that wide as far as tire goes, i would recommend sticking to a minimum of +58. on the front the 255 will catch and ruin the fenders. Ive tried it before myself with the sizes you posted (about 2inch drop)

Hmm, do you think a 235/40r18 and a 265/35r18 would be doable? Both are narrower, but almost 1/2" taller.

with lots of camber and flared front fenders and rolled and slightly pulled rears.

255 is already pushing the limit for that offset

here is a 255 on a 9.5 +44

so you would need a pretty gnarly flare in the back as well
