Need some rim and tire sizes
Alright I will try and make this short and to the point.
I have been searching for rims (18" silver), very very few with different widths. I have been wondering into any other options.
1) I have seen a few rims that have, 18" and 7.5" wide, and same rim comes in 19" has 8.5" wide.....would this work?
2) With the back rim needing to be wider is 0.5" not enough? how much wider can it go, 1.5" wider than front work?
3) if I did get the same size width, and other offsets are available and they still fit the car and not stick out, could this work?
4) Now about tires. If i did go with 18" front and 19" what size tires r recommended? Would i need to make the 18" tires bigger so that the fronts and rears will be same height? does it matter? Or do I have to have similar tires front and rears? Or is the height and tread and tire numbers (that i do not know what it means) vital to the handling of the car?
I just wanna get a style that I like and are still safe on the car
Thanks for the time
JP

You have about 20 questions rolled into your 4 points. I would not recommend the staggered diameter wheels. We have numerous wheels listed on our site that have different widths for the front and rear. I would recommend getting different width wheels for the car and stagger the tires.
You will need to leave the sizes of the tires alone until you decide on the wheels. The tires would depend on the width and the offset of the wheels you choose.
If I can help let me know.
Thank you

Jim, Thanks for the reply, and sorry for all the questions but like I had said, I had no clue on what to look for, so i figured I would ask everything so that u or someone could make some sense for me.
I am gonna stick with all 18" then. I have been on your site, and searched by vehicle, I love the SSR GT1 but they are a little more than I would like to spend. I did like the Mille Miglia Evo Sport and the Evo, but they weren't on the S2000 page so I didn't think they would fit.
Thank you
