Need tire rec poste haste!
Here's the drill,
2001, need rear only. Looking for good dry traction, but hoping to do better than stock on wet. Reasonable cost would be great too.
Tire dealer is recommending Michelin Pilot Pole Position A/S at $160 a tire. I can do that but paid only $110 on Potenza 650's for the front which either do not seem to be made anymore or do not come up in the dealers computer at 225/50.
Any brand is fine but I have a personal bias against Goodyear because every set of Goodyears I ever had were crap, and like to avoid Michelin even though they are good tires because they are owned by the french.
