Stock tires at 27,500 mi. Fronts look like they could go another 10k the backs about 5k

Wow, that's the kind of mileage I get out of the tires on my beater civic. I tried to get 10k miles out of a set of rears once, didn't even come close. Lots of and dragon runs though, so I can't complain.

Yea thats one thing i knew before i bought this car. I was prepared to buy tires every 15k.

Have 30,500 kms on my original tires right now, about 40% tread left.

don't be fooled by remaining tread - tires get worse with age even if they're not driven.
so to still use stock 2002 tire sounds like crazy to me.....

They will get harder as the tires age. We will not mount tires that are over 6 years from mfg. date.

I've never had a set of tires for more than 10k miles lol I seriously fresh brand new tires for some reason
