I have run PF01 with 255s for a year. Car is lowered with KW Clubsports. You do not have to roll your fenders. I did not have the slightest rub.
That's what I thought for about 2+ years... but they'll bite your fenders eventually. My tire snagged one of the clip flanges (after wearing through the liner in a few places), sliced off a good 1/8" of tire and mangled the fender lip. The fender damage is difficult to see in this image, but the tire shavings kept coming out from behind the liner.

I suggest rolling the fenders. But, even then there is still a chance the tire will grab the fender lip...

Hey man, long time no talk. Was this after rolling the fenders??

How many times in a row can we copy this picture of guy with worn out shocks who does not look at his car for two years until the tires rub the fenders off. Classic NEGLECT

^I agree but you just did the exact thing that you are complaining about. If you quote something with a picture you don't need the picture every single time. You can edit it out.

Otherwise it doesn't mean he has worn out shocks. How often do you look at your fender liners? This is exactly why I tell people to check them and to roll their fenders even if they don't hear it rubbing. Just because you don't hear or notice something doesn't mean its not happening. If you roll the fenders flat it shouldn't have anything to grab so while you may hear a noise but it won't grab and pull the fender.

I've never rolled my fenders...other than what the tires do on their own

DaGou, you are so far off base it's not even funny. If you saw how often it's on jack stands with all of the suspension and drivetrain taken apart, "neglect" wouldn't even be palatable. It's a track/auto-x toy, fenders and fender liners are consumables...rolling doesn't keep it from happening.

Thanks for reminding me to bump refreshing my Penskes up my "to do" list... they have nearly 3k miles on them! Must be worn out by now.

If you actually took the time to look at the picture more carefully, you'd see those stickers on the side are auto-x stickers. And, if you ever visit the R&C forum, you'd know he's an auto-xer. And auto-xers tend to be some of the most anal guys (in a good way) about their setups and tuning.

Judging from how the car looks to be prepped, I'd say he's in STR - and those guys are very meticulous about setup, most especially shocks, spring rates, and front sway bars. It's not uncommon for the upper mid pack guys to be running $4K+ suspension setups (JRZ, Penske, Motons, AST, etc. etc.).

Anyway, to the OP - definitely roll your fenders. Judging from how that picture looks, it's only a matter of time before you do damage. At the very least, hammer your fender tabs up and out of the way.
