New Wheels
i'm currently running ceramic white SSR TypeC's on my S2K with blue Rays lugs...they're great, they're light weight and look damn good on my dropped white S2K, but i think i need a change, plus the buttheads that mounted my tires caused some scuffing on the front driver side rim...no biggie, they still look good and the light weight adds to my (pretty much stock) S2K's performance, but i was thinking of changing out the wheels and using a different set up...i'm probably gonna keep the SSRs on the side as back ups for the car...i was thinking of going with either Work Emotion XD9s or XT7s...i know they're heavier and not as racing oriented as the SSRs, but they would look clean as hell (w/ the buffed silver) on my car...plus no one else is running works in my town on an S2K...i was wondering if it's even worth it??? should i do it, or should i go with another wheel, like the Volk TE37 in mag blue??? (i also really like the look of mag blue wheels) i know for a fact that the Volks would be a hell of a lot lighter, like my SSRs, but i'm really in love with the look of the buffed silver Works??? what the hell should i do? any suggestions???
Personally, I'm not a fan of TE37's unless you can get the concave spokes which is a very tough fit on a stock body s2000. They would be very similar to your current wheels as well. Just powdercoat your SSR's if you want the mag blue.
XD9's would give you the biggest change in looks since you can run a pretty decent lip with a 9.5 +44.

Let me know if interested in XD9 rims. I would consider selling my safe yet aggressive stance & fitment set.
