Default New wheels/tires. Alignment question.

I just got a new set of wheels and tires for my 03. I have stock height and suspension etc..

I would like to have less oversteer ie. more neutral handling.

I'm sorry if you think I should do a search (I did), but I can't get a straight answer the posts are all over the place.

I was wondering if a UK alignment is advisable? yes/no??

My wheels may not be ideal offset, but they are supposed to be OK. And I got AP2 tire size in Goodyear Eagle F1

Wheels:

17x7Front
Wheel Offset: +50mm

17x8 Rear
Wheel Offset: +45mm

Jim from the Tirerack suggested using stock AP2 tire sizes on these wheels but I'm trying to get a bit less oversteer so I went with a 205 tire up front and a 245 in back.
Yea, I thought about that after.

I got them from tirerack as a second set of wheels so I didn't put them on yet. I was just thinking when I do put them on I can do an alignment at the same time.

Yes, it will reduce oversteer tendencies but also increase rear tire wear.

Cheers.
