Default Newbie Offset Question

I saw this offset on an eBay auction and I'm curious if it would work. I looked through the search and couldn't find much info.

18x8+38, 18x10.5+63

Would I need to get a fender roll or camber? What tires would I run?

Thanks in Advance,

Geo

fender roll and a decent amount of camber is necessary, especially for the front.

265 rear, 225 front is what i would go with to be safe ( you have to pull out the front fenders to fit a 225)

pretty aggressive offset . you have to do some work to get them to fit
