Default Nitto Tires

Has anyone tried Nitto tires on their S? If so, what's the outcome? Good, bad, indifferent? I don't use my S for anything but weekend driving, not spirited (oh well sometimes!) My neighbor is a tire dealer and he is trying to get me to try them, but i have never heard of this tire. Thanks.

The few times i've seen S's roll Nitto's they were the NT01's, but those are kinda Track day tires but still "street tires."

nitto nt01 are good track tires. if you can get a super good deal, nt05 wouldn't be bad for street

Nitto is a good brand but make sure you put on the appropriate tire model for the S, usually that means Ultra High Performance, Summer.

A big part of the tire purchase is dealer support IMO. In my town there's a great Toyo dealer so I've gone to Toyo (T1S, T1R, Proxies 4, RA1) for several of my cars. Recently I've put Dunlops on from Tire Rack based on their rep for customer service.

If you neighbor is the dealer, you should be set.
