Default Is this normal?

OK, so I ordered some rims and tires from tire rack on monday afternoon. I was pleasantly surprised that I recieved an email that they had shipped the same night!! Fedex tracking didn't have record of it though, which I have seen happen before. then, on tuesday, three of the wheels (all separatly packaged of course) showed up on fedex tracking. Then today, Wednseday, ONE of the wheels arrived. The other two are still at the same place according to fedex and the fourth wheel still isn't tracking.

This is obviously not a tire rack issue, since they shipped out faster then I expected. But, I am wondering if anyone has ever had four wheels that had been shipped at the same time arrive on different days???? Seems wierd that fedex would split them up. Hopefuly the other three show up tomorrow.

yeah because each wheel is a separate shipment with separate tracking numbers. if you wanted 1 shipment then they would have to put all 4 wheels into 1 box. that's not going to happen

i received 2 of my wheels one day and the other 2 the next.

UPDATE:

I checked the tracking number this morning and all three remaining wheels are on the truck right now. Should be here by noon! Thanks guys.

BTW: Tire rack rocks. Spoke to Jim on the phone on Monday to place my order around 3pm. They shipped out the same night and here they are today. Great service.

I got the ASA AR1 in black with machined lip. I know, I know, they aren't the best out there. I don't track and don't need $3000 rims, so they worked good for me. For tires, I got the General Exclaim UHP in 215/45zr17 and 245/40zr17 on the recomendation of Jim. They seem to have outstanding reviews, best in class actualy. My wife has the camera with her, so I will get some up tomorrow...
