So I should get the new tires and then do the alignment? Not the alignment and then new tires?

S2000 tires will wear on the inside faster due to the alignment and the fact that you can't rotate the tires unless you pull them off the wheels, which many people don't do.

Are you the original owner? Maybe someone aligned the car to UK specs...

Also, 4.32 is about what you should be at when replacing tires; mine were 3/32 to 4/32, outside to inside when I replaced mine, fwiw.

I'm not the original owner and I know the car was in an accident previously. Maybe they just didn't do an alignment or did a really poor job of it when repaired. Judging by a dull paint spot on the door that was clearly missed (if you look at it right) it wouldn't suprise me.

Get new tires and an alignment, make sure they give you a before and after printout, then report back here. I'm interested in what settings you have that made them wear like this.

-2 deg. camber shouldnt eat tires like that (unless you never turn). Now, some out of whack toe settings will kill tires very quickly.

This is definitely way too much toe out.
