Default Nt03+m 17x9.5 Hyper Black offset

I'm currently considering buying a set of NT03+Ms in 17x9.5 in +44 offset. I would much prefer them in hyper black/hyper silver as apposed to plain silver; however, judging by my own research it seems the +44 offset at this size is only offered in silver. Can anyone confirm that this is the case? If it is, would the 6mm offset difference cause significantly more fitment difficulties than the +44? (I'll be lowering probably no more than an inch and of course be rolling fenders and relocating tabs.)

yes, +38 will be a much more difficult fit vs the +44.

If you're planning on tracking the car with 255 square (which it looks like based on your sig), go with the +44. Even then you'll have to work the front fenders a bit. ShaneG in SoCal should be able to help you out with that.

Yep agreed. If your going to run 255 all around its going to be tight even with the normal fender mods! Expect to be pulling the fronts significantly. Id consider 245 up front.

I'm looking at a Enkei catalogue and don't even see 17x9.5 +44 as a size offered for that wheel.

The only size in 17 for the NT03+M is 17x9.5 +38 and it's Hyper Black

I don't either now that you mention it.

RPF1 ftw. About 4lb lighter per wheel over the NT03 also.

It's a "secret" size.

That said, the NT03+M is a much stronger wheel than the RPF-1, and in 17s with the convex face, it has BBK clearance and will clear ST-40 calipers in 17x9.5 +44.

Yeah bbk fitment is the one thing stopping me from going the square rpf1 route. Staggered Pf01s are another option from what I understand. Thanks for the replies.

Yeah how do you figure? There some measurable data on this? Not that it really matters to me at this point since ive clocked about 150k miles on my set. If a cut and welded/widened rpf1 will support my 255/295 wide stagger with extreme summer level adhesion on the road course and many thousands of DD miles, its good enough for me! I will gladly take the weight savings benefits for my application. Having a staggered concave/convex face also gives me the look I like with any BBK clearance up front.
