Default Offset for 17 x9 wheels

I like to install four 17 x 9 wheels in my race S2000 with 255/40 17 racing tires. I like to know what offset do you recommend. The camber is going to be between -3 to -3.5 front/rear.

The 17x9s fit perfectly in the rear. You can even go with wider tires if you roll your rear fenders. I'm still trying to figure out how to fit the 17x9 CE28 rears to the front, though. The centers need to be milled out to fit the front hub--I'm not sure if this is safe or not and I'm sure I'll have to really stretch out the front fenders. Anyone have any experience with this?

I already have a set of wheels that have the centers milled and experience no problem with that. Also because I use a neg. camber between -3
to -3.5 in the front I belive that I'm not going to have problems with that. But I need to know the offset so I can use this size of wheels and tires on the front of my car. Amuse already have this set on their car.

What do the centers need to be milled out to for the fronts?
