Default Which offset do I read from?

Guys, the rims I am looking at are showing these offesets. I'm not sure which offset is the proper one to be reading from, kinda confusing to me.

Offset Chart
Size -- Low Disc Min. -- Low Disc Max. -- High Disc Min. -- High Disc Max.
18 x 8.0 -12mm +34mm -25mm +21mm
18 x 8.5 -25mm +40mm -38mm +28mm
18 x 9.0 -25mm +48mm -38mm +35mm
18 x 9.5 -25mm +53mm -38mm +40mm
18 x 10.0 -25mm +59mm -38mm +45mm
18 x 10.5 -25mm +65mm -38mm +52mm

none of those will fit, coming from me.. thats well the first time ive said that

their stating that 18x8.5 comes in... ET: -25----->40mm for the low disk (no bbk)
and comes in ET: -38----->+28mm for the high disk (BBK compatible)

WONT FIT

Thanks Riley, time to move on then

Every rim I like doesn't have the right offsets, sucks! I know we all have the same problem, but it still sucks. Let the search continue...
