Default Offset question

I have a set of 18x8.5 Enkei V1 245/40/18 sitting in my garage with a 44 offset (3 piece) would they fit on the rear without rubbing?

Crazy heavy rims 26lbs but they looked really nice on my Eclipse. Just wondering how they would look on the S2000 for cruising since I have the Spoons for when I need speed.

Oh well I guess I'll just sell them on DSMTrader, Partstrader, or ebay.
