Default Ordering snow tires

I'm about to order new snow tires and wheels and want to know if there would be any problems if TPMS is not installed. They want $400 for that crap and I check my own tire pressure all the time anyway.... It looks like the will not sell me the tires without it so was going to order tires for a 2006 when they did not req it by law.

Cool, I went ahead and ordered them and figure I might have to pull the fuse so I don't get the warning light on the dash. Thanks

It may go beyond a warning light, VSA may be on all the time. Not a big deal for winter, I suppose.
