P ZERO TROFEO R
I had the chance to experience these tires in a 991 GT3 and the pure mechanical grip was incredible. I feel pretty confident that the RE-71R wouldn't stand a chance of turning lap times in the same range as these on a track (these should be closer to a Toyo RR or soft compound hankook TD). However, on the street I'm not sure you'd gain anything over an RE-71R or any of the other high end EHP street tires unless you're *really* pushing on the roads you drive. I would also think that these, like most r-comps, will heat cycle out and harden up rather quickly with street use and therefore would lose a lot of grip over their life. In any case I have been wanting to try a set out but the only street miles they would ever see would be to and from the track until the very end of their life.
