Default pirelli p zero nero

hey guys, i was doing some reading on oem tires and how the contact patch is the same as a 245 even though its a 225. when i bought my s2k the previous owner had put pirelli p zero nero on 205's in front 225's in back does that mean there really should be 245's since im guessing pirelli's are not the oem tire. what size should i be running in front is 205 too small?? also, has anyone ran pirelli p zero nero's on there s2k????, good?? bad??? keep in mind this unfortunately this is my daily driver!!

I'm using them for my winter tires. I don't drive in the snow, but for cold, wet weather they are better than the RE050s. They don't have as much grip in the dry, but are much better in the wet and cold. You can still get the rear to break, but they are very predictable. They also seem to have a softer ride than the RE050s. Overall, very happy with them, but I will be swapping back to RE050s in March.

I'm running 215/45/17 F
245/40/17 R

Check tirerack.com for the tread widths.

The Pirelli does not come in the 245/45R16. If you are driving in some winter conditions the 225/50R16 is a better option for those conditions anyway.

I haven't used these myself, but I rode in a car that was equipped with these quite often. Honestly- for the money I think you could find a better tire. They are more expensive than Michelin tires in most cases, but a Pilot Sport A/S would be a better choice for similar funds. Extremely noisy when near the end, but very comfortable nonetheless. As for the sizes, I guess you already know it is not as wide as stock sized Bstones...
