Default Please, alignment help.

I have a new set of RE-01R coming and I'd like to get some advise on alignments. I searched, and have become even more confused. Any info is appreciated.

MY07 stock. Driven hard but not tracked. Best alignment? (also, what are stock specs?)

The alignment specs are listed in your owners manual near the back under "specifications". These specs are good to go for your needs. The shop will probably have the specs for your MY07 in their software, but it's good to have them available just in case. Make sure that you sit in the seat while they align the wheels. Have them align everything exactly to specs, not just within limits. Have them re-torque the locking bolts to 58lbs. You don't want anything loosening up after the alignment. If you can't be available to sit in the seat, have them add enough dummy weight to your approximate weight in the seat.

I just went through this yesterday at my local shop with my new RE-01R's. It cost $69.95, so plan to take enough money with you.

I've heard different. And seen different. Working for BMW, saw and talked to guys in the shop who (per BMW) had to load up a car with weights when it was aligned.
No, I have not seen how the specs change, but I believe they do. Also, I believe the lighter the car, the greater the difference.
just my $.02

Those caster settings are basically at the max so you do not need to worry about adjusting that a differently.

Start with base, then go by feel. If your car is a little too tail happy for you give it a bit more toe-in on the rear. Maybe more negative camber in front and rear if you plan to track your car or do a lot of hard cornering.

My settings are as follows for a DD/track car:

Front
Caster = Max
Toe = 0
Camber = -1

Rear
Toe = .38 (degrees)
Camber = -2

I find this is a good streetable setting that gives some added performance on the track. FYI, my car has stock suspesion.
