Please help identify this Enkei rim

As you can see I found a nice big pothole today and need to find another one but i don't know what model it is. It is 18" in size and 5 lug.

Get it repaired at a local wheel repair shop.

Looks like the PK6, available from Discount Tires or American Tires (aka,Tires.com) You can call your them for possible other sizes.

It looks to be only slightly more cost effective to get the rim repaired, which should only cost about $130 - $150.
