Default Question concerning lug nuts

I got my new wheels mounted today and I had noticed previously that the lug nuts which shipped with the wheels are open ended (uncapped). I've never used lug nuts like these before and now I'm wondering if I'm going to have problems with the lug bolts and nuts rusting up.

Is this cause for concern? If so, should I try to find some capped nuts? They had some with the correct bevel at the shop but they were chrome and just didn't look right on Mercury Silver.

Thanks in advance.

I ran open lugnuts for 4 winters (lots of snow and ice and salt) and yeah, the lug ends will rust up but no big deal. Once in a while, you take them off, wire brush them, spray a little silicone on the lug ends and put them all back on. You can keep this up forever.
