Question on fitment

Will 18x8 +43 18x9 +49 fit ok with rolled fenders, and a fairly lowered car?

What tire sizes would be recommended?

with rolled fenders yes...

front tires-215(just to be safe)
rear tires-245(will be just fine,no problems)
